Overview

Knowing what to do and doing it are different problems. Health coaching addresses the second one. Your coach helps you set realistic goals, plan around obstacles and stay on track when life gets busy.

Amy Abbott is a Certified Health Education Specialist with a master’s in public health and clinical nutrition, and a Certified Functional Hormone Specialist. Her own healing journey shapes her approach: meet people where they are, personalize everything, and support mind, body and spirit.

Don’t see your question? Ask at your first visit, or request a consultation.

How often do we meet?

Often every one to two weeks at first, then less often.

Can I reach you between sessions?

Yes. Clients often text quick questions about foods or products.

Do I need to be a patient of Dr. Bhakta?

Not necessarily, but coaching works best as part of an integrated plan.

Your first visit
