Overview

Physical symptoms and emotional strain are rarely separate. Chronic stress affects sleep, digestion, pain and recovery, and old patterns can quietly undermine the best health plan. Emotional wellness coaching gives you a space and a structure to work on that side of health.

Kerri Lindsay is a former educator, Certified Mental Health Coach and Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, trained at the iNLP Center, with hypnotherapy certification in progress. Coaching goes deeper than typical life coaching but stops short of diagnosing or treating mental illness. It is focused on the present and future: understanding patterns, building skills and moving toward the life you want.

Who it helps

  • Stress and overwhelm
  • Major life transitions such as career, family or loss
  • Limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging patterns
  • Mild to moderate anxious or low moods
  • People whose emotional load is affecting their physical recovery

What to expect

  1. Connect

  3. Practice

Tools and exercises to use between sessions, with hypnotherapy when it helps access what is hard to reach.

  4. Grow

Common questions

Don’t see your question? Ask at your first visit, or request a consultation.

Is coaching the same as therapy?

No. Coaching is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment, and only licensed clinicians can diagnose and treat mental illness. We will help you find a licensed provider if that is what you need.

What if I am in crisis?

Please call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or call 911 in an emergency.

Can sessions be virtual?

Ask when you schedule; many coaching sessions can be held by video.
